Bid and Ask auction colors customizable

The Bid and Ask fields are highlighted by a purple background color during the auction period (when bid equals ask). The color is now user configurable in the Market and Watch list windows.

Improved performance of detailed protocol logging

The Protocol Logging setting to get detailed troubleshooting information from the interaction between the terminal and servers now incurs a much lower overhead.
